By using Microsoft PowerPoint you can make your own personal magnetic photo album or photo book.
All that you need to do is to select the pictures and layout, and then PowerPoint will put that together into a new presentation that contains your photo album. A PowerPoint album is a great way to display a collection of pictures because it is so quick and easy to do.
To create a great digital photo album, first you will need to go into the insert tab. Within the insert tab, click the photo album button which will display a dialog box. Then click the file/disk button to insert any pictures that you wish to be included in your photo album. You will need to find the photos first and then click on insert to put them into the presentation.
If you with to include a blank text box at any point to replace a picture, click the new text box button. This will allow you to include text alongside your pictures.
You can also use the order buttons to re-order the pictures and any text boxes you might have included. You may also use the remove button to remove and pictures that you don’t want to be included in the album.
Below the picture are a number of buttons that allow you to adjust the picture itself. You can use these buttons to rotate the picture, change its contrast and to change the brightness of the picture. Make sure you also select a layout, shape of the frame for each picture and a design template if you wish to add extra design elements into your
Album.
Click on create in order to have the presentation created. Edit the album, add any text and adjust the theme or style. The completed album is now ready to be shown as a presentation or printed out.
